33. Privacy & Personal Information
Sanado may collect and process personal information, contact information, Project information, and other information reasonably necessary to communicate with the Client, process the Project, provide the agreed services, manage Client requests, and provide applicable support.
The information collected may include information submitted by the Client through Sanado's forms, communication channels, Project onboarding process, account setup process, or other methods used in connection with the agreed services.
Sanado may use third-party service providers and platforms reasonably necessary to operate its services and deliver Projects. Where necessary, relevant Client information may be processed or shared with such providers for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
Sanado will take reasonable measures to handle Client information responsibly and protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no online system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sanado does not sell Client personal information to third parties.
Sanado may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal requirements, or to protect the rights, safety, or legitimate interests of Sanado, the Client, or others.
The Client should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information unless such information is reasonably required for the agreed Project.
Where a separate Sanado Privacy Policy applies, that Privacy Policy may provide additional information about how personal information is collected, used, stored, and handled.
