Payment Terms

The Client's Project cost is determined by the price of the selected Package and any confirmed Add-ons.

Package prices are presented through Sanado's current Packages & Pricing information and are confirmed for the Client at the time of purchase. The specific Package, Add-ons, and total amount payable for the Client's Project may also be recorded in the applicable Project Order Confirmation.

The price confirmed for a Project at the time of purchase remains the agreed Project price unless the Client requests and approves additional work, Add-ons, or other changes that affect the Project cost.

Add-ons and additional services are charged separately from the selected Package. Sanado will communicate the applicable price before beginning any additional paid work.

Prices for future Projects, Add-ons, or services may change. A change in Sanado's published pricing does not automatically change the price of a Project that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Costs charged by third-party providers are separate from Sanado's service fees unless expressly included in the selected Package or a confirmed Add-on. Such costs may include domain renewals, email services, subscriptions, platform fees, or other external services.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, or mandatory fees will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

The Client must pay the full confirmed Project cost before Sanado begins Production.

The Project cost includes the selected Package and any Add-ons confirmed as part of the Project.

Payment of the Project cost does not by itself start the Project delivery timeline. Production and the applicable delivery timeline begin when Sanado has received the required payment and the information, materials, and access reasonably required to begin the Project.

Add-ons and additional services requested after the original purchase must be paid for before Sanado begins the applicable additional work, unless Sanado agrees otherwise in writing.

Sanado does not provide installment or partial-payment arrangements as part of the standard service offering. Any exception must be expressly agreed by Sanado in writing before Production begins.

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by Sanado at the time of purchase.

If the required payment is incomplete, unsuccessful, or not received, Sanado is not required to begin or continue the applicable paid work until payment has been completed.

Sanado may update the payment methods accepted for future Projects without changing the payment terms of an already confirmed Project.

A Project may require or use third-party services, platforms, subscriptions, or providers in order to deliver or operate certain features or services.

Third-party services may include domain registration and renewal, website deployment or hosting platforms, email services, payment providers, design platforms, software subscriptions, and other external services.

Where a third-party service or cost is expressly included in the selected Package or a confirmed Add-on, Sanado will provide or assist with the service according to the agreed scope.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ongoing subscription fees, renewal fees, usage fees, transaction fees, and other charges imposed by third-party providers are the responsibility of the Client.

Where a Project uses a Client-owned third-party account, the account remains owned and controlled by the Client. Sanado may assist with setup, configuration, deployment, or integration as included in the agreed Project scope.

Sanado is not responsible for price changes, service interruptions, policy changes, technical failures, account restrictions, outages, or other issues caused by third-party providers.

The Client is responsible for maintaining active subscriptions, valid payment information, and required renewals for Client-owned third-party services after the applicable included period.

Sanado does not guarantee the continued availability, pricing, features, or performance of any third-party service.
