51. Sanado Managed Hosting
Sanado Managed Hosting is a continuous recurring professionally managed production hosting service for Client websites. It keeps the website online and is separate from Website Updates, revisions, Add-ons, and other content or development work.
Website Packages include a limited complimentary period of Sanado Managed Hosting as follows: Starter — 1 month, Pro — 2 months, and Growth — 3 months. Complimentary months are Sanado Managed Hosting only, are not forever-free hosting, and do not include content updates.
After the applicable complimentary period ends, Sanado Managed Hosting continues on a paid plan. Current plan prices are: $3 per month, $15 for 6 months, and $29 per year, unless a different price is expressly agreed in writing.
When a paid hosting payment becomes due, the Client receives a 30-day payment window. During that window, the website remains online and hosting remains active. No reactivation fee applies if the Client pays during the payment window.
The hosting amount that became due for the applicable billing period remains payable if unpaid.
If payment remains unpaid after the complete 30-day payment window, the website may be suspended and go offline. Suspension and termination are separate concepts.
No additional hosting charges accumulate while the website remains suspended. The Client does not accrue hosting debt for months spent offline after suspension.
To reactivate a suspended website while the Project remains retained under Sanado's applicable project-retention policy, the Client must pay: (1) the previous unpaid hosting amount, (2) a $10 reactivation fee, and (3) the newly selected hosting plan. Example totals when the unpaid amount is $3: Monthly $16, 6 Months $28, Yearly $42.
The Client may select a different hosting plan at reactivation. The selected plan determines the new hosting period after successful payment.
Compatible client-managed hosting (external hosting) may be used subject to compatibility. The Client remains responsible for that environment's setup, costs, and ongoing operation unless Sanado expressly agrees otherwise.
A hosting transfer to a compatible client-selected hosting environment is available for a $30 one-time fee, subject to compatibility. Hosting transfer means moving the website's deployment; it does not automatically transfer the private source-code repository or Sanado's reusable development materials.
Domain ownership and hosting management are separate. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a Client's domain to Sanado merely because Sanado manages or configures hosting or DNS.
Sanado Managed Hosting does not promise 100% uptime, unlimited traffic, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, guaranteed speed, or guaranteed search rankings.
Long-term retention of a suspended Project is subject to Sanado's applicable project-retention and termination policy. Sanado does not invent a deletion timeline in these Terms beyond that policy.
