4. Package Limits

Each Package includes specific services, deliverables, and quantities as described in Sanado's Packages & Pricing information and confirmed for the Client's Project.

The Client is entitled only to the services and quantities included in the selected Package and any confirmed Add-ons. Package limits are not unlimited and do not automatically increase based on the Client's requests or project requirements.

Unused quantities or deliverables included in a Package are not refundable or automatically exchangeable for other services, transferable to another Project, or carried forward to a future Project.

Sanado may, at its discretion, agree in writing to substitute an unused item with another service of comparable value. Any such substitution is an exception and does not establish an ongoing entitlement or change the standard Package terms.

Where additional quantities or services are available as Add-ons, the Client may request them separately and any applicable additional charges will be confirmed before the additional work begins.

Increasing one type of deliverable or quantity does not automatically increase any other Package limit.

Package limits apply to the specific Project for which the Package was purchased and do not create an ongoing entitlement to additional work after the Project is completed.

5. Add-ons & Additional Work

The Client may purchase additional services, features, quantities, or deliverables that are not included in the selected Package through available Add-ons.

Add-ons may be purchased during the original Project or after the Project has been completed. A Client may return at a later date, including months after the original Project has been completed, to purchase available Add-ons or additional services from Sanado.

For Add-ons requested during an active Project, Sanado will confirm the applicable Add-on, requirements, price, and any potential effect on the Project timeline before the additional work begins.

For Add-ons requested after the original Project has been completed, the Add-on is treated as a new service request and does not reopen, modify, or extend the original Project unless Sanado expressly agrees otherwise.

An Add-on or additional service becomes confirmed only after Sanado and the Client have agreed on the applicable scope and price and any required payment has been completed.

Additional work must be paid for before Sanado begins that work unless Sanado agrees otherwise in writing.

Add-ons do not automatically increase or modify other Package limits unless the specific Add-on expressly provides for such an increase.

If additional work requires more time than originally expected, Sanado may provide a revised delivery timeline before beginning the work.

Requests that fall outside the available Add-ons may be assessed separately by Sanado and may require a custom quotation.

Sanado is not required to begin additional work until the applicable scope and price have been confirmed and the required payment has been received.

6. Client Information & Content Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing the information, materials, content, and access reasonably required for Sanado to complete the Project according to the agreed scope.

Depending on the selected Package and Project requirements, this may include professional or personal information, service descriptions, project information, testimonials, CV information, images, social media links, contact details, account access or authorization, and other materials requested through the Sanado onboarding process.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information and materials provided to Sanado are accurate, complete, current, and suitable for publication. Sanado is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccurate information supplied or approved by the Client.

Where Client-provided materials are unsuitable for the agreed use, including missing, unusable, or insufficient-quality materials, Sanado may request replacement or additional materials from the Client.

Where access to a Client-owned account or third-party service is required to complete an agreed task, the Client is responsible for providing the necessary access or authorization. The Client is not required to provide passwords where an appropriate alternative access method is available.

The Client grants Sanado permission to use the materials provided by the Client solely for the purpose of creating, configuring, delivering, and supporting the Client's Project.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Client has the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to provide and authorize Sanado to use any Client-provided text, images, logos, testimonials, documents, or other materials. Sanado is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the Client without the necessary rights or permissions.

Failure to provide required information, materials, or access may affect the Project timeline and Sanado's ability to complete the agreed Deliverables.

7. Client Content Deadline

The Client must provide the required information, content, materials, and access requested by Sanado within 5 Business Days from the date Sanado sends the Client the relevant onboarding or content request.

The 5-Business-Day period applies to the required information and materials necessary for Sanado to begin or continue the agreed Project.

Providing incomplete information does not necessarily satisfy the Client's content requirements. If essential information or materials are missing, Sanado may request the remaining items from the Client.

If the Client does not provide the required information or materials within the applicable 5-Business-Day period, the Project timeline may be paused until the required information is received.

Client delays do not count toward Sanado's stated delivery timeline. The delivery timeline resumes when Sanado has received the information, materials, and access reasonably required to continue the Project.

If a Client delay results in substantial additional work, rework, or changes to the Project requirements, Sanado may treat the resulting work as an Add-on or additional service and will communicate any applicable requirements or charges before proceeding.

The 5-Business-Day content deadline does not automatically cancel the Project. If the Client remains inactive for an extended period, Sanado may apply the applicable Project pause or cancellation provisions under these Terms.

8. Client-Provided Materials & Rights

The Client retains ownership of materials supplied by the Client for the Project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client grants Sanado a limited, non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, format, edit, adapt, and display Client-provided materials to the extent reasonably necessary to create, configure, deliver, launch, and support the Client's Project.

Client-provided materials may include text, photographs, logos, graphics, testimonials, CV information, project materials, documents, links, and other content supplied by the Client.

The Client represents that the Client has the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations to provide the materials to Sanado and to authorize their use for the agreed Project.

Sanado is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, licensing, or other claims arising from Client-provided materials where the Client did not have the necessary rights or permissions to use or provide those materials.

Where third-party materials or assets are used as part of a Project, including licensed or stock assets, their use may be subject to the applicable third-party license or terms. The Client does not automatically acquire ownership of such third-party materials unless the applicable license or agreement provides otherwise.

The Client should not provide passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information unless such information is reasonably required for the Project. Where account access is required, the Client should use an appropriate secure access method where available.

12. Project Start & Production

A Project is considered ready to begin Production when Sanado has received the full confirmed Project payment and the Client has provided the required initial information, materials, and access reasonably necessary for Sanado to begin the agreed work.

Payment alone does not automatically start Production or the Project delivery timeline.

Once the required payment and initial Project information have been received, Sanado may begin Production according to the selected Package and agreed scope.

The applicable delivery timeline begins when the Project is ready for Production. The standard delivery timelines are based on the selected Package and are subject to the Client providing any additional information, materials, feedback, or access required during Production.

If Sanado is waiting for information, materials, feedback, approval, or access required from the Client, the Project timeline may be paused in accordance with these Terms.

Sanado is not required to delay the start of Production while waiting for information or materials that are not reasonably necessary to begin the applicable work.

13. Delivery Timeline

Sanado provides an estimated delivery timeline based on the Client's selected Package:

  • Starter: 5–7 Business Days
  • Pro: 7–9 Business Days
  • Growth: 10–14 Business Days

The applicable delivery timeline begins when the Project is ready for Production as defined in these Terms.

The delivery timeline depends on the Client providing the required information, materials, feedback, approvals, and access needed for Sanado to complete the Project.

If the Client delays in providing required information, materials, feedback, approvals, or access, the Project timeline may be paused until Sanado receives what is reasonably required to continue.

The delivery timeline may also be adjusted when the Client requests approved Add-ons, additional work, or changes to the agreed Project scope that reasonably require additional production time. Sanado will communicate any significant timeline impact before proceeding with the additional work where reasonably possible.

The stated delivery timelines are based on the agreed Project scope and do not guarantee delivery within a specific calendar date where Client delays, approved scope changes, third-party issues, or other circumstances outside Sanado's reasonable control affect the Project.

14. Revisions

Each Package includes a limited number of revision rounds for the Client's Project:

  • Starter: 1 revision round
  • Pro: 2 revision rounds
  • Growth: 3 revision rounds

A revision is a requested change to existing work that falls within the agreed Project scope. Revisions may include reasonable changes to existing text, images, visual elements, layouts, or other existing Deliverables included in the selected Package.

A revision does not include new pages, new features, new systems, new integrations, additional Deliverables, substantial changes to the agreed Project scope, or a complete change of the approved design direction. Such requests may be treated as Add-ons or additional work.

Each revision round consists of one consolidated set of Client feedback relating to the existing Project scope. Multiple messages or individual requests submitted as part of the same revision round may be treated as one consolidated revision round.

Revisions must relate to the agreed Project scope and may not be used to expand the Package or create additional Deliverables.

Unused revision rounds do not carry forward to future Projects and do not create a refund or credit.

Revision rounds apply before launch and cover the Project's included Deliverables as a consolidated review (for example website, CV, social kit, and other included package Deliverables), not unlimited individual micro-edits.

If the Client requests revisions beyond the number included in the selected Package, additional revision rounds may be purchased before launch as the Extra Revision Round Add-on at $7 per round, subject to Sanado's agreement and confirmation before the additional work begins.

15. Revision Procedure & Client Feedback

The Client must provide revision feedback through the communication method specified by Sanado.

To ensure efficient Project delivery, the Client should provide clear and consolidated feedback for each revision round. A revision round begins when Sanado receives the Client's consolidated feedback for the relevant stage of the Project.

Feedback should relate to the existing Deliverables and agreed Project scope. Requests for new pages, features, systems, integrations, Deliverables, or other work outside the agreed scope are not treated as revisions and may be handled as Add-ons or additional work.

If the Client provides unclear, incomplete, or contradictory feedback, Sanado may request clarification before proceeding with the requested changes. The revision round may remain pending until the required clarification is provided.

Once Sanado completes the requested changes for a revision round, additional feedback relating to the same work may be treated as part of the next available revision round where applicable.

Client delays in providing revision feedback may pause the Project delivery timeline in accordance with these Terms.

Once all revision rounds included in the selected Package have been used, additional revision rounds before launch may be purchased as the Extra Revision Round Add-on at $7 per round if Sanado agrees to provide them.

16. Client Approval & Sign-Off

The Client is responsible for reviewing the Project Deliverables and confirming that the completed work meets the agreed Project scope.

The Client may provide approval or submit applicable revision feedback through the communication method specified by Sanado.

Client approval confirms that the relevant Deliverables have been reviewed and accepted as meeting the agreed Project scope. Approval also confirms the Client's acceptance of the content, information, and materials supplied or approved by the Client for publication or use within the Project.

Once the Client has provided final approval, the Project may proceed to final delivery, launch, or the next applicable stage of completion.

Requests made after final approval are not automatically included in the original revision allowance. Requests that introduce changes, additional work, new Deliverables, or modifications to previously approved work may be treated as Add-ons or additional services.

Client approval does not transfer ownership of any materials or assets and does not modify the ownership, licensing, third-party service, or other provisions contained in these Terms.

Sanado is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in content that the Client has reviewed and approved.

17. Launch & Final Delivery

Following the Client's final approval, Sanado will proceed with the launch, deployment, or final delivery of the agreed Project in accordance with the selected Package and Project scope.

For website Projects, final delivery may include deployment or configuration on the Client's designated hosting or deployment infrastructure where such work is included in the agreed scope.

Where the Project uses a Client-owned account or third-party service, Sanado may assist with the required setup, configuration, deployment, or connection as included in the agreed Project scope. The Client remains responsible for the ownership, availability, and continued operation of Client-owned third-party accounts and services.

The Project is considered completed when the agreed Deliverables have been delivered, launched, or made available in accordance with the agreed Project scope.

Launch or final delivery does not include unlimited future changes, development, redesigns, new pages, new features, or other additional work. After launch, website changes may be requested as paid Website Updates, available Add-ons, or separately quoted services.

Sanado is not responsible for delays or inability to launch caused by third-party providers, unavailable Client accounts, missing Client access or information, domain or hosting issues outside Sanado's control, or other circumstances beyond Sanado's reasonable control.

Successful launch or final delivery marks the completion of the original Project. Optional Sanado Managed Hosting may continue separately to keep the website online and does not reopen the original Project scope.

20. Website Updates After Launch

After the Client's website has launched, there is no monthly maintenance subscription and no included monthly update allowance. The Client may request paid Website Updates when a change is needed.

Sanado Managed Hosting is separate from Website Updates. Managed Hosting keeps the website online and covers professionally managed production hosting. It does not include content updates, revisions, redesigns, or new development.

Current Website Update starting prices for work on the existing launched website are: quick update — $2; small update — $4; several updates — $7; larger update — $15+ (exact price depends on confirmed scope). Prices apply only when Sanado confirms the request and receives any required payment before the work begins.

Examples of a quick update include changing a phone number, email address, WhatsApp number or link, social media link, one simple text change, or one simple business detail.

Examples of a small update include replacing an image, updating a small section, several related text changes, or similar small content updates.

Examples of several updates include multiple small updates across the existing website in one request.

A larger update covers more involved changes to existing website sections or functionality. The exact price depends on confirmed scope.

New pages, major sections, new features, integrations, redesigns, custom development, ecommerce, booking systems, dashboards, and other expansion of the website are not Website Updates under the $2 / $4 / $7 / $15+ ladder. Such work is handled as an available Add-on or a separately quoted custom service.

CV, social templates, and other specialized Deliverables after launch use Sanado's existing Add-ons where they already match the work (for example CV content update or extra social template). They are not priced through the website-update ladder.

Website Updates do not reopen, modify, or expand the original Project scope and do not provide unlimited revisions or unlimited development.

Sanado is not required to begin a Website Update until the applicable scope and price have been confirmed and any required payment has been received.

22. Hosting, Migration & Post-Transfer Responsibility

Website hosting is provided through Sanado Managed Hosting or compatible client-managed hosting according to the Client's selected arrangement. Managed Hosting is separate from Website Updates and other paid additional work.

The Client retains the right to retain the completed website whether or not Sanado Managed Hosting or any Website Update service remains active. Ongoing hosting continues or ends according to the Sanado Managed Hosting terms or the Client's client-managed hosting arrangement.

Where a hosting transfer is requested, the Client is responsible for providing or creating the destination hosting environment and for providing Sanado with any access or authorization reasonably required to complete the transfer, subject to compatibility.

Hosting transfer is governed by the Sanado Managed Hosting transfer terms. A hosting transfer moves deployment of the existing website and does not include redesigns, new pages, new features, new systems, new integrations, content updates, or other additional development work unless separately agreed.

Once a hosting transfer has been completed, responsibility for the website's hosting, deployment, updates, maintenance, technical operation, security configuration, and applicable third-party services and costs passes to the Client unless another applicable Sanado service remains active.

Sanado is not responsible for ongoing hosting, deployment, maintenance, updates, technical support, performance, availability, or operation of the website after hosting responsibility has transferred to the Client unless the Client purchases another applicable Sanado service.

The Client remains responsible for maintaining any destination hosting account, domain connection, required subscriptions, payment information, and other third-party services necessary for continued operation of the website.

Source-code ownership, licensing, and any source-code transfer remain subject to the applicable source-code terms and are not changed by a hosting transfer.

23. Responsibility After Launch

Following final delivery and launch of the Project, Sanado has no monthly subscription obligation to maintain or update the Client's website.

Keeping the website online is governed by Sanado Managed Hosting or the Client's compatible client-managed hosting arrangement. Managed Hosting does not include content updates.

When the Client needs a change to the existing launched website, the Client may request a paid Website Update under Section 20, subject to Sanado's availability, confirmed scope, and payment.

CV, social, and other specialized work after launch may be requested through available Add-ons or separately quoted services where they apply.

New pages, new features, new systems, new integrations, redesigns, major content creation, substantial modifications, and other expansion of the website are not included after launch unless purchased as an Add-on or separately quoted service.

If the Client does not request Website Updates or other additional services, the Client remains responsible for deciding when updates are needed. Hosting, deployment, suspension, reactivation, and transfer continue to follow the Sanado Managed Hosting terms or the Client's client-managed hosting arrangement.

Sanado does not provide unlimited free maintenance, unlimited revisions, or ongoing development after the original Project has been completed.

24. Scope of Services & Exclusions

Sanado will provide the services, Deliverables, quantities, and features expressly included in the Client's selected Package and any confirmed Add-ons.

The Project scope is determined by the applicable Package, the Client's confirmed order, and any Add-ons or additional services expressly agreed between Sanado and the Client.

Services or work that are not included in the selected Package or confirmed Add-ons are not automatically included in the Project, even where they relate to the Client's website, professional profile, business, or other Project materials.

Unless expressly included in the selected Package or separately agreed, additional work may include new pages, new features, new systems, new integrations, major redesigns, additional Deliverables, additional revisions, substantial content creation, or other work outside the agreed scope.

Website Updates, ongoing content changes, and technical work after launch are not included in the original Project unless separately purchased as a Website Update, Add-on, or other confirmed service. Sanado Managed Hosting keeps the website online and does not include content updates.

Third-party services, subscriptions, fees, renewals, and usage charges are subject to the provisions of these Terms and are not included unless expressly stated in the selected Package or confirmed Add-ons.

Requests made after final approval or completion of the original Project are not automatically included in the original Project scope and may be handled as a Website Update, an Add-on, or a separately quoted service, depending on the nature of the request.

Sanado is not required to perform work outside the confirmed Project scope until the additional scope and any applicable price have been agreed and the required payment has been received.

25. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

The Client is responsible for reasonably cooperating with Sanado throughout the Project and for providing the information, materials, feedback, approvals, and access reasonably required to complete the agreed Deliverables.

The Client must provide requested information and materials within the applicable deadlines established in these Terms and respond to reasonable requests from Sanado where a response is required for the Project to proceed.

Where access to a Client-owned account, platform, or third-party service is required for an agreed task, the Client is responsible for providing appropriate access or authorization in a timely manner.

The Client is responsible for reviewing Deliverables, providing clear and consolidated feedback, and providing required approvals in accordance with the Project process.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that information and materials supplied or approved for the Project are accurate, complete, current, and suitable for their intended use.

Client delays, failure to provide required information or access, failure to provide required approvals, or failure to respond to reasonable Project requests may pause or affect the Project delivery timeline in accordance with these Terms.

The Client's responsibilities under this Section do not reduce Sanado's responsibility to provide the agreed services and Deliverables in accordance with the confirmed Project scope.

Sanado may pause work where the Client's cooperation is reasonably required to continue the Project and the required information, access, feedback, or approval has not been provided.

26. Project Delays, Pauses & Extended Inactivity

Sanado may pause a Project where the Client's information, materials, feedback, approval, access, cooperation, or other required action is reasonably necessary for the Project to continue and has not been provided.

Any period during which the Project is paused due to Client delay or inactivity does not count toward Sanado's applicable delivery timeline.

If a Project remains paused or the Client becomes inactive for an extended period, Sanado may place the Project on hold and remove it from its active production schedule.

When the Client later provides the information, materials, feedback, approval, access, or other cooperation required to continue the Project, Sanado will review the Project and schedule the continuation of work based on its then-current availability.

Sanado is not required to immediately resume a Project that has been paused due to Client delay or extended inactivity.

Where a prolonged delay reasonably results in changed technical requirements, outdated information, third-party changes, additional work, or a need to substantially reassess the Project, Sanado may communicate the resulting requirements before resuming work. Any new work outside the originally confirmed scope may be treated as an Add-on or separately quoted service.

A Project pause or extended Client inactivity does not automatically cancel the original Project unless cancellation is handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation provisions of these Terms.

47. Service Descriptions & Confirmed Scope

Sanado may describe its services, Packages, features, Deliverables, Add-ons, and other offerings through its website, pricing pages, service pages, proposals, forms, or other business materials.

Such descriptions are intended to explain Sanado's available services and may be updated from time to time in accordance with these Terms.

The specific services, Deliverables, quantities, features, and scope included in the Client's Project are determined by the Client's confirmed Package, confirmed Add-ons, and applicable Project-specific agreement.

A general description of a service, feature, example, or capability on Sanado's website or other promotional materials does not automatically mean that the service or feature is included in every Package or Project.

Where a service is described as optional, additional, available separately, or subject to an Add-on or separate agreement, it is not included in the Client's Project unless expressly confirmed.

Examples, demonstrations, sample Projects, mockups, screenshots, and portfolio materials are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that the Client's Project will be identical to the example shown.

If there is uncertainty about whether a specific service, Deliverable, feature, or quantity is included in a Project, the Client's confirmed Package and Project-specific scope will determine what Sanado is required to provide, subject to any applicable specific written agreement.

48. Service Availability & Changes to Offerings

Sanado may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue services, Packages, Add-ons, features, pricing, or other offerings from time to time as part of its normal business operations.

The availability of a service, Package, Add-on, feature, or price at a particular time does not guarantee that it will remain available in the future.

Changes to Sanado's offerings will not automatically reduce or remove Deliverables already confirmed and paid for as part of an active Project, unless a change is required by applicable law, agreed with the Client, or becomes reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside Sanado's control.

New Clients and future Projects may be subject to the services, Packages, pricing, and availability in effect at the time of confirmation.

Sanado may decline requests for services, Packages, Add-ons, or features that are no longer available, technically unsuitable, outside Sanado's current capabilities, or inconsistent with Sanado's business operations.

Any changes to an existing Client's confirmed Project scope remain subject to the applicable Project terms, confirmed scope, and any additional agreement between Sanado and the Client.

49. Third-Party Services & Availability

Sanado may use or recommend third-party services, platforms, software, infrastructure providers, APIs, domain registrars, hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, or other external services in connection with a Project.

Sanado does not own or control these third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, features, policies, security, performance, or compatibility.

Third-party services may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or modify their services independently of Sanado.

Where a Project depends on a third-party service, the Client understands that changes or issues affecting that service may affect the operation, availability, functionality, cost, or maintenance of the Project.

Sanado is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, service discontinuation, pricing changes, API changes, or other actions or failures caused by third-party providers outside Sanado's reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, Sanado may recommend or provide assistance with a suitable alternative solution. Any new development, migration, integration, subscription, or additional work required as a result may be subject to additional costs and a separate agreement.

The Client remains responsible for maintaining any Client-owned third-party accounts, subscriptions, payment methods, licenses, and services required for the continued operation of the Project, unless such responsibility is expressly included in an active Sanado service.
